What to include
- Device model and iOS version.
- Whether the issue affects Apple sign-in, email sign-in, leaderboard sync or gameplay.
- Approximate timestamp and a concise description of the problem.
Account access available
- Sign in with Apple for first-party Apple account access.
- Email and password for direct account access when preferred.
- Global leaderboard sync uses the same account session once you are signed in.
