NeuralMood support should feel as clean as the product itself: clear contact path, no dead ends, no generic template language.

Recommended contact channels

  • Support email: replace with your production support mailbox before TestFlight external testing.
  • Privacy email: replace with your production privacy mailbox before App Review.
  • Response target: 2 business days for account, billing or access issues.

What to include

  • Device model and iOS version.
  • Whether the issue affects Apple sign-in, email sign-in, leaderboard sync or gameplay.
  • Approximate timestamp and a concise description of the problem.

Account access available

  • Sign in with Apple for first-party Apple account access.
  • Email and password for direct account access when preferred.
  • Global leaderboard sync uses the same account session once you are signed in.
