NeuralMood support is the public help surface for account access, leaderboard sync, gameplay issues, privacy and account deletion.

Contact

For support, include your device model, iOS version, approximate time of the issue and whether it affects sign-in, leaderboard sync, audio or gameplay.

If you use Sign in with Apple, contact support from the Apple relay email associated with your NeuralMood account when possible.

Account and data

• Email/password and Sign in with Apple are supported when enabled by the live app configuration.
• Guest and signed-in leaderboard progress sync through the NeuralMood backend.
• Use the in-app account controls or the public delete-account page for account deletion requests.
