Privacy Policy

NeuralMood is designed to use the minimum data needed to provide sign-in, account continuity and leaderboard features.

What we collect

• Sign in with Apple account identifiers when you use Apple authentication.
• Email address and a securely derived password hash when you create an email/password account.
• Gameplay scores and leaderboard ranking data you submit from the app.
• Operational server logs for security, rate limiting and diagnostics.

What we do not use

• No ad tech, no third-party analytics SDKs and no cross-app tracking in this codebase.
• No contact scraping, photo access or background data brokerage.

Retention and deletion

Account deletion requests can be initiated from the app or through the public deletion page. Once requested, the account is marked for deletion and operational records are minimized to what is required for abuse prevention and legal compliance. Passwords are never stored in plaintext.
